With VivoLead you can easily share lead information with colleagues – even colleagues who are not VivoLead users. Just set up you colleagues:
Log in on the VivoLead web interface and navigate to:
App settings > COLLEAGUES
- select NEW
- insert colleagues’ name
- insert colleagues’ mail address
- click checkmark
Now colleagues can be CC’et on confirmation mails to leads and get lead info directly in their mail inbox.

Enclose your catalog to confirmation mails
Automatically enclose your general catalog in all confirmation mails send from the app.
Log in on the VivoLead web interface and navigate to:
App settings > 4PDF FILES
- click “import” under general catalog
- select your general catalog
- click checkmark to confirm

Easily record lead country
Make it easy to register where your leads come from. Expecting many leads from certain countries? Make them your favorites. The countries will appear in the very top of the country list under lead info in the app.
Log in on the VivoLead web interface and navigate to:
App settings > COUNTRIES
- select favorite countries in the list
- click the green checkmark
