When you are logged in to the VivoLead web you simply click at the opportunities. This will take you to a full list of all your collected opportunities. From here you just click on the yellow symbol where it says “EXPORT AS EXCEL”.
You can filter for the wanted event using the filter drop down menu at the right side of the screen before the export is done. The excel sheet with all your opportunities will be downloaded unto your computer in a matter of seconds.

The email templates is a whole new function to VivoLead. This allows the users to create custom templates that can be used for different events, for different partners or for different product categories.
When you are logged in to the VivoLead web you simply click at the settings. This will take you to the page where you can customize all aspects of the VivoLead app.
Halfway down the navigation bar you will see the email template area.
From here you can choose to use the default confirmation email or you can choose to create a custom template.
This is done by giving the template a name, a subject and write the bodytext for the custom email. Then you have to choose the language that you are writing the email in. Then you can either see the email design or save it. The template will now be listed under your saved custom templates table.
When you have created the users that should be able to use the app on the exhibition you need to invite them to use the app.
When you are logged in to the VivoLead web you simply click on users. This will take you to the page where you can see all the created users, create users and invite users.
This is simply done by check marking the users that you want to invite and click the “INVITE” button at the top menu.
Then the users receive an email with download link for the apps- both Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Then the users will receive the login credentials needed in order to sign in and a link to a 5 min. video showing how to use the mobile app.
Once you have paid for the VivoLead-subscription your data is accesable 24/7 365 days a year.
No. You can only have one VivoLead web account per company.
